The Centre for Clinical Interventions has launched the new online publication of their latest workbook, ‘Caring Less About Your Looks’.

This self-help workbook is designed to help understand the factors that keep you overly focused on your appearance, and introduces strategies to lessen the impact of appearance concerns on day to day life. It is organised into modules that are designed to be worked through in sequence.
