Claire Marnane, Bondi Junction

Claire's passion is helping people work through a difficult relationship with food. Using evidence-based techniques, Claire helps people work towards a place where they understand how food choices, thoughts and behaviours are interconnected; and to make slow, gentle changes to help forge a more positive, appetite-regulated relationship with food. Claire has worked as a research psychologist for 10 years, and as an in-hospital eating disorders dietitian for 6 years, and enjoys combining her knowledge of both areas in working with her clients. Claire has presented research findings at two conferences for the Australia & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED): on a nutrition education tool specifically designed for treating eating disorders; and on taste preference changes.
