Anna is a warm and empathic psychologist passionate in working with individuals with eating disorders. Anna enjoys working with adults and adolescents in helping them to shift unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour, as well as to nurture self-acceptance and understanding, feel more empowered, and better engage with their values. Anna has experience working in both private and public hospital settings, community settings, and in private practice. She has training in therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Enhanced (CBT-E), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
