Kess has a special interest in disordered eating, body image and weight concerns. Drawing from her background in Psychology, Kess provides nutrition education and counselling to support clients move towards a peaceful relationship with food and body.
Kess is a passionate dietitian and has undertaken additional training in motivational interviewing, the non-diet approach, CBT-E. Her key belief is that food and body peace is possible.
