Having been a Dietitian for over 36 years, I can say that nourishing in my true love! I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients (individuals, families, organisations) to achieve nutritious, delicious and healthy outcomes. You will find me reliable, dynamic & honest. It can be difficult seeking help, so finding the right person to confide with in confidence and privacy is important for both you and me.
After many years of experience gained through hospital, media and private practise, I have adopted a more pragmatic practical approach to ‘delivering the science’. I educate through promoting healthy eating behaviours and strengthening food confidence and nutrition alertness. It is important for all of us to practice intuitive and mindful eating for our wellbeing.
